Earlier this week, the Fourth Circuit allowed a murder victim’s statements into evidence because of forfeiture through wrongdoing, and allowed an anonymous jury.  U.S. v. Dinkins, et al., ___ F.3d ___ (4th Cir., Aug. 14, 2012),  The opinion recounts some of the most base and brutal violence, which is not permitted to prejudice any judge.
