I was unjustly charged with drunk in public at a national airport for wearing a world cup jersey and “smelling of alcohol.” My airline refused my boarding and called the police and without any questioning, I was arrested perfectly sober.
Jon fought for me in court and took my drunk in public case all the way to trial where he hammered the arresting offer for not offering me any sort of intoxication test and for not displaying any drunk in public attributes. It is unheard of to be found not guilt of a drunk in public, yet Jon knew my innocence and knew I was unjustly arrested.
