Jan 07, 2016 TSA further infringes on privacy by making exceptions to opting-out from full airport body scans
Full airport body scans are offensive. I have opted out, and experienced the indignities of body frisks — which I see as less invasive than the full body scans — which frisk also happened last year when returning from Florida only because I forgot to bring my driver’s license with me.
Now, the TSA is making exception(s) to opting out from full body scans.
We need to speak up for and defend our privacy rights. If this TSA change was announced in advance for notice and comment, I am at fault for not checking the Federal Register daily for proposed federal agency procedural and rules changes and updates that need commenting on.
