THE LAW WORLD
4th Cir. limits probation conditions that unreasonably limit associating with one’s children and those w/ children.
Fourth Cir.: Padilla will not be retroactively applied.
Md. Ct. App. reverses conviction for assault with intent to murder which never was formally charged in the first place.
4th Cir. affirms child pornography conviction; remands order of restitution to victim, for specific trial ct. findings.
