On November 19, 2007, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit limited the government’s authority to ban alcohol in strip clubs. The case is, Eric Joelner Fish, Inc. v. Village of Washington Park, ___ F.3d ___ (7th Cir. Nov. 19, 2007).
