Back in October last year I was arrested and charged with a DUI, and honestly thought my life was going to fall apart (lose my license, job etc). My mom searched really hard for the best lawyer for my case and when she stumbled on Jon’s page we both knew we had to meet with him. After one meeting all the lost hope was returned and I was immediately motivated to do whatever he asked of me and made sure to pay close attention to everything he told me. I could tell he cared about my outcome

I contacted Jon after I received a DUI and refusal of breathalyzer charge. Jon immediately picked up the phone and scheduled an in person meeting the following day. I spoke to a few other attorneys over the phone and they all said the same thing – a DUI is hard to beat and at best it will be reduced to a wet reckless driving. After meeting I knew Jon was going to fight for me and was prepared to go to trial-something none of the other attorneys even mentioned. I could tell he cared about my outcome. Jon kept me up to date throughout the process – his communication was perfect. Jon compared my case to trials throughout the country and found a relatable case. He was able to use the relatable case against the prosecutor before my court time had even started. He explained the similarities in both cases. He also stressed to the prosecutor how important an unrestricted license/no ignition interlock device is for my career. The prosecutor agreed to reduce my charge to reckless driving with an unrestricted license. I was shocked!! I thought at best it would be a wet reckless, which includes much serious consequences. I would without a doubt recommend Jon!! He’s phenomenal at what he does!
