U.S. House clears way for Obama to sign bill reducing crack:powder disparity

On March 19, 2010, I blogged about the unanimous Senate vote to reduce the crack:powder sentencing disparity to 20:1. The House this week passed the bill, which now goes to President Obama for his signature.
