Apr 19, 2011 Washington state alters one-year misdemeanors to immigration-friendly 364-days – All states and the feds should follow suit

By Jon Katz, a criminal defense lawyer and DWI/ DUI/ Drunk Driving lawyer advocating in Fairfax County, Virginia, Montgomery County, Maryland, and beyond for the best possible results for his clients.

All states and the feds should follow suit.

Thanks to a colleague for bringing this news to my attention.
