I contacted Jon after I received a DUI and refusal of breathalyzer charge. Jon immediately picked up the phone and scheduled an in person meeting the following day. I spoke to a few other attorneys over the phone and they all said the same thing – a DUI is hard to beat and at best it will be reduced to a wet reckless driving. After meeting I knew Jon was going to fight for me and was prepared to go to trial-something none of the other attorneys even mentioned. I could tell he cared about my outcome. If you are reading this review, then you are in the same place I was in about 4 months ago. I was charged with petit larceny at a large retail operation and knew the evidence was against me.
