Today's Bosse decision is more monumental than might first meet the eye. The United States Supreme Court has at least three justices that are very friendly to preserving the death penalty.

My specific case was was a DUI 2nd offense within 5 years and high BAC which carries very strict mandatory jail penalties, and license revocation. Come trial day Jon was able to take advantage of the situation by quickly negotiating a plea deal before giving the prosecutors team time to collaborate. My case was pled to a reckless driving with fine, and VA ASAP program with no driving restrictions whatsoever.
