Beware getting your non-immigrant visa yanked for merely being arrested for DWI

Rather than waiting for a president Donald Trump to wreak further havoc on immigration law and practice, I am now seeing some of my own DWI clients get their non-immigrant F-1 student and H-1B professional visas yanked BEFORE their cases are adjudicated in court.

When I first met him I had the feeling that he is the right person who can help me out. I couldn’t say I was worried about trial, but because of Jon I had less pressure. He pulls out some magical skill when he talks to prosecutor. Before the trial, I have no idea what he said to prosecutor but I bet it was something amazing that the prosecutor offered RAC driving.
