Homework Pays Off!

Jon is a bulldog. In a judicial system that treats each defendant as a cog in a factory, Jon researches all the inherent biases in the system and advocates zealously and passionately on his client’s behalf. In my case, due to Covid-19, I needed to wait 10 months for proper adjudication. Yet, at the outset, Jon advised me to do a long list of homework to help with my case (potential misdemeanors for DUI and reckless driving). I accomplished all of the homework as quickly as possible. At times, it felt as though the homework would not provide me with the outcome that I wanted – given how impersonal the court experience had been.
