Jon was efficient, thorough and adaptable in order to get me the most favorable terms available for my case under very unfavorable circumstances. His casual demeanor is more a testament to his experience which shows in his detailed awareness of the law and potential outcomes in cases. My specific case was was a DUI 2nd offense within 5 years and high BAC which carries very strict mandatory jail penalties, and license revocation. Come trial day Jon was able to take advantage of the situation by quickly negotiating a plea deal before giving the prosecutors team time to collaborate. My case was pled to a reckless driving with fine, and VA ASAP program with no driving restrictions whatsoever. I don’t think many attorneys would have been quick on their feet enough to create that opportunity. Highly recommend Jon to serve your legal needs.
